What are the modes of return available after cancellation?
Following return modes are available:
- Back to source: The amount is refunded to the same payment mode that was used for payment.
- NEFT transfer: Available for all cash on delivery orders.
- E wallet option: Available with selected sellers. One gets this option while applying for cancellation.
When is a return not possible?
In the following cases return of item is not possible:
- When item is found damaged because of use.
- When electronic item has been installed and used.
- When food item delivered has been consumed even a little.
- When item ids are tampered with or have missing serial nos.
- When the item is not returnable.
