Return policy of HoliPY consist of returning and/ or refunding the product sold by the seller. This scheme is not available on some product and also varies with other product. Every category has its different return policy. That is described in the table below.

Electronics: Small Home Appliances, Personal Care Appliances, Personal Care, Health Care Appliances, Small Appliances, Computer Accessories, Mobile Accessories, Camera Accessories, Tablets (except Apple), Laptops (except Apple), Cameras, Consumer Electronics, Entertainment Small, Gaming Hardware, Other Accessories, Computer Peripherals, Smart Home Appliances, Office Equipment, Game and Smart Wearables (except Apple) Home: Furniture 10 Days For these products you may request return and/ or refund within 10 days of purchase/ installation. Seller will make refund if he can’t attempt a return. For electronics products we will give you a troubleshoot call or an in-person visit to check he product status. If installation is offered by HoliPY, then we recommend you not to open packaging without HoliPY personnel. In this case return period will start from day of installation. In case of defective installation or part, our personnel will make a test visit and will check the product. If replacing single part of resolve the issue then that will be done. Or if whole product needs to be replaced then we will do that is if suggested by Authorized Personal.
Electronics: Mobiles (except Apple, Google) Large Appliances: Air Conditioners, Chimneys, Water Geysers, Microwave Ovens, Televisions, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryers and OTG 10 Days For these products you may request return and/ or refund within 10 days of purchase/ installation. Seller will make refund if he can’t attempt a return. For electronics products we will give you a troubleshoot call or an in-person visit to check he product status. If installation is offered by HoliPY, then we recommend you not to open packaging without HoliPY personnel. In this case return period will start from day of installation. If one time return or replacement is done then for resolving further issue you will be directed to main seller.

During the pick up the product or package must fulfill these conditions or the field executive has all the rights to reject the return and/ or return.
